This is your full escape, and every minute of the two hours is spent exactly where your body needs it most. We begin with a personal consultation, followed by guided breathing and the soft sound of a singing bowl, to help your body and mind settle before anything else happens. Nothing here is rushed, and nothing is generic, everything is intentional, tuned into what you need, and allowed to unfold in whatever way genuinely serves you on the day.
From there, we focus on your back, neck and shoulders, the parts of the body that quietly hold the most tension, stress and strain, along with a nourishing head massage. The facial itself goes far beyond skin, working through the muscle, lymphatic system and fascia beneath, releasing tension you may not have even realised you were holding in your face and jaw. Your feet aren’t forgotten either, cleansed, massaged, and treated to a mask, because tension doesn’t just live in your shoulders, it settles right down to the ground you stand on too. Throughout the session, an aura cleansing spray is woven in to keep your energy supported and balanced from start to finish.
There’s a reason this kind of slow, layered care settles you so deeply. Certain nerve fibres in the skin only respond to gentle, unhurried touch, and once activated, they send a direct signal to your nervous system that it’s safe to stop bracing and finally rest.
