Currently, we only ship within the UK. 

Our products are natural & handmade in small batches so shipping may be vary depending on product availability. We will contact you to keep you informed. We will always endeavour to ship your orders as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Shipping problem / Damaged item

We firstly would like to extend our apologies if this has happened to you. Please do not hesitate to contact us so we can correct the matter.

If there has been any problem with the shipping address, please let us know as soon as possible as we might be able to rectify it if the order has not been shipped out. However, we are not responsible if the order is lost due to this. The package that are returned to us can be redelivered but you will need to pay for the redelivering cost.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Returns

We would be pleased to accept unopened items as long as it is returned to us within 28 days from the day of purchased and it is in its original sealed condition.  Please inform us when to expect the package.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if the refund has been approved. Refunds will be processed back to its original method of payments within a certain amount of days. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at awesomehugscompany@gmail.com. 

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
