No choices, no menu of options to weigh up. I'll tune into what your body, mind and spirit are asking for on the day, and build a session around that, in the moment, just for you.
It might unfold as soothing massage, energy healing, a nourishing facial, Gua Sha, a foot treatment, or deep relaxation work, often a blend of several. Every Tailored Wellness Retreat is different, because you are different every time you walk through the door.
There's a reason this kind of unhurried, intuitive touch settles the body so completely. Certain nerve fibres in your skin only respond to slow, gentle contact, and once activated, they send a direct signal to your nervous system that it's safe to stop bracing and start to repair.
