Tension doesn't sit politely in one place. It travels, settles, and quietly shapes how you hold yourself, how you sleep, how much patience you have left by Thursday. So rather than working to a fixed routine, I read your body on the day and go where it's actually asking to be worked, which isn't always where you thought it would be.
Every massage begins the same way, with guided breathing, a singing bowl and an aura spray to help you settle, because a body that's still braced can't properly receive anything. From there it's slow, intentional, unhurried work. That pace matters: certain nerve fibres in the skin only respond to gentle, unhurried contact, and once activated, they tell your nervous system it's safe to stop holding on.
If your mind is racing when you arrive, we might start with a little EFT tapping to help it settle first. It's very hard to relax a body when the thoughts are still going at a hundred miles an hour.
Everything I use is Awesome Hugs, plant powered and free from synthetic fragrance and harsh chemicals, the same formulations I use on my own skin, on my loved ones, and with every client I treat. For the massage itself I work with a bespoke blend of essential and carrier oils, including arnica, comfrey and castor, chosen for how deeply they work, not just how they smell.

- Half Body · 60 min · £65 For when there's a specific area that needs proper attention. Time to work into it properly, using tools or machines if that's what your body's asking for on the day.
- Full Body · 60 min · £75 The same easy relaxation as the 35 minute session, given to the whole of you rather than one area.
- Full Body · 90 min · £93 The full targeted version. Everything in the 60 minute half body session, tools and machines included where needed, applied head to toe.
